A healthcare assessment organization in the UK is seeking a CHC Nurse Assessor (Band 8b) to deliver face-to-face Continuing Healthcare assessments and coordinate multidisciplinary team input. You must have active NMC registration and proven experience in CHC assessments. Responsibilities include producing evidence-based recommendations, liaising with various stakeholders, and ensuring case documentation is accurate.
This role offers a contract for an initial 3 months at a rate of £42 per hour, and interviews will be conducted via Microsoft Teams.
