A healthcare solutions provider in the UK is seeking a CHC Nurse Assessor to conduct face-to-face Continuing Healthcare assessments and coordinate input from multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate will have an active NMC registration and proven assessment experience. Responsibilities include producing evidence-based reports, maintaining documentation, and liaising with healthcare professionals and families.

This role offers an initial 3-month contract with a competitive hourly rate of £42, inside IR35.
