Care Assistant - Bank - Care Home

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a casual, part-time role offering flexible working. As a Bank Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive quality care and support. You will assist with daily living, providing support and companionship, and share memorable moments. Every day will be different, offering varied and rewarding work. In this role you may support residents with food and drink, follow care plans, and ensure one‑to‑one time.

You should have some experience caring for older people, a can‑do approach, excellent communication skills, and a warm‑hearted, empathetic attitude. Above all, you need compassion to deliver the highest standard of care and support for all residents. We will provide all the training you need to thrive.
