Leaders In Care Ltd is recruiting for an experienced Orthopaedic Scrub Lead & (Practice Educator) in Kettering, Northamptonshire. The role blends hands-on clinical work with leadership and staff education, overseeing the theatre team and driving a high standard of patient care across joint replacement, spinal and trauma procedures.
The ideal candidate will be a Registered Nurse (NMC) or ODP (HCPC) with substantial orthopaedic scrub experience and demonstrated leadership or mentoring capability.
