Kettering General Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly motivated Neonatal Deputy Sister/Deputy Charge Nurse to join our Level 2 Local Neonatal Unit. The post requires Neonatal QIS qualification and at least one year post-qualification experience.
You will assess the care needs of sick neonates and their families, develop, implement and evaluate care plans, and provide clinical and professional leadership in the absence of the Clinical Sister.
