We have an exciting opportunity at Sense for you to work as a Support Worker and join our friendly well-established team in Kettering. The Town Centre is a 20-minute walk/ 5 minutes drive away as well many different attractions nearby.
Contract type:
Permanent, 37.5 hours per week
About the role:
Support worker role in a residential home where we support 6 individuals with dual sensory impairments.
Shift patterns:
Monday - Sunday 7:00am-4:00pm and 4:00pm-10:00pm & you must be able to work alternate weekends. Long days shifts are available from 7am to 10pm if preferred
Activities:
Wide range of special interests and activities within their own home and in the local community. Activities can include trampolining, short holidays, baking, sensory story time, park visits, swimming, sailing to name a few. Personal care may be involved.
Requirements:
No previous care experience required as full training will be provided! A full manual UK license, as we have manual company vehicle used to drive and take individuals to appointments, activities outside of the home and trips.
