HR Advisor

Location: Pytchley

Temporary HR Advisor Central Cambridge Full-time, Monday to Friday - office-based role Up to £40,000 FTE Immediate start required We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join a friendly and welcoming organisation on an initial 8-12 week temporary assignment. Reporting to the Head of HR, you'll become part of a small and supportive HR team, working alongside an HR Business Partner and HR Administrator.

This is a varied, hands-on generalist role supporting approximately 6-7 managers and their teams. You'll provide practical HR advice and guidance across a range of employee relations matters and day-to-day people activities.

Key responsibilities include:

Advising managers on employee relations matters Managing absence cases and occupational health referrals Supporting flexible working requests Providing practical, employee-focused HR guidance Assisting with recruitment activity Maintaining accurate HR administration and documentation Supporting managers with day-to-day people challenges

About you:
