Payroll & Benefits Advisor Brighton, East Sussex | Hybrid – 3 days onsite Roselands Resourcing are proud to be working with a well-established company based in Brighton , who are looking to appoint an experienced Payroll & Benefits Advisor to join their People team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced payroll and benefits professional to take ownership of a broad range of payroll, benefits and employee reward activities within a growing manufacturing environment.

The Role Working within the HR team and reporting into the Payroll;
Manager, As Payroll & Benefits Advisor, you will be responsible for supporting the accurate and timely delivery of payroll, while acting as a key point of contact for employees and managers on payroll and benefits-related queries. Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the end-to-end monthly payroll process Ensuring payroll information is accurate and processed within deadlines Managing payroll changes including new starters, leavers, salary changes and deductions Acting as a point of contact for employee payroll queries Administering company benefits and employee benefit schemes Supporting annual benefits and salary review processes Maintaining accurate payroll and benefits records Liaising with payroll providers and external benefit providers Ensuring payroll and benefits processes comply with relevant legislation Producing payroll and benefits reports for HR and Finance Supporting audits and year-end payroll activities Contributing to wider HR, reward and benefits projects About You We are looking for an experienced Payroll, Benefits or HR professional with strong attention to detail and a good understanding of UK payroll processes.

You will ideally have:
Previous experience in payroll, benefits or a combined HR/payroll role Good knowledge of UK payroll legislation Experience working with payroll systems and HR systems Strong numerical and analytical skills Excellent attention to detail The ability to handle confidential information appropriately Strong communication and stakeholder management skills The ability to work to tight deadlines
