- Salary Range: £28,000 – £35,000 per year (DOE)
- Shift Pattern: Rota-based working schedule

- Perform routine servicing, fluid checks, and core mechanical repairs under experienced guidance.

- Assist with specialist servicing across climate systems, EV/hybrid platforms, and custom vehicles.
- Keep precise job sheets and update the service desk on repair progress.
- Work collaboratively with an approachable team of technicians to keep workshop turnaround smooth.
- Experience: At least 1 year of hands‑on garage/workshop experience (fast‑fit, independent, or dealer).
- Qualifications: None strictly required—practical capability, basic tool confidence, and a strong work ethic matter most.
- Mindset: A keen learner who wants to build a long‑term career in the motor trade.
- Team Player: Reliable, adaptable, and focused on maintaining high standards of work.
