Job Title: Area Installation Manager

Location: Northamptonshire (with some regional travel)

Elevation Recruitment Group are working with an established and profitable company within the building and interiors sector who are seeking an experienced Area Installation Manager to join its operations team. The role is based in Northamptonshire and the surrounding area
, with occasional travel across the UK.

A full UK driving licence is essential.

You will be responsible for leading and managing installation activities across your designated area, ensuring high levels of service delivery, quality, and programme compliance. The role involves coordinating subcontract installation teams, maintaining performance standards, and ensuring projects are completed on time.

• Coordinate installation teams to meet quality, service, and programme requirements
• Recruit and manage subcontract labour to maintain sufficient capacity
• Monitor and achieve area performance targets
• Complete administrative duties associated with the role
• Represent the business professionally at all times

You will be:

• Confident communicating at all levels
• Self‑motivated and able to work within a fast‑paced environment
• Comfortable working to deadlines and under pressure
• IT literate
• Professional and presentable

You will also have:

• Experience in fast‑track building environments and/or the furniture or fit‑out sector
• Strong knowledge of installation processes
• A hands‑on, practical approach
• Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
