Assistant Manager

As an Assistant Manager, you will work alongside the Centre Manager who will train you in all aspects of managing the operation, including people, service operations, car count, profit, sales and administrative duties. This is a hands‑on role; you will also spend time in the service bays with the team, assisting when necessary to ensure a seamless and timely operation is maintained.

You should be qualified to at least Level 2 in light vehicle maintenance, able to carry out minor fast‑fit repairs or servicing as required by the business. The ideal candidate will:

• Be proactive with a positive attitude and a desire to deliver great customer service
• Be sales‑driven, aiming to meet and exceed financial targets set for the centre
• Help the team continue building a strong reputation for the brand within the local area

• Automotive service experience 2 years (preferred)
• Full driving licence (preferred)
• Customer service experience 2 years (preferred)
• Management experience 2 years (preferred)
