Work with a small team of colleagues to drive sales, set standards and deliver KRAs. Serve as the key motivator, maintaining morale and creating an operation that keeps customers coming back. Support Asda's pricing strategy and keep costs low. Work on a rolling rota, including weekends, evenings and sometimes late nights.

Able to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to change. Naturally friendly, enthusiastic, and willing to get stuck in. Deliver great results with your team and spot talent to support their development. Strong leadership and people skills, coach, role‑model, and mentor. Handle management issues such as disciplinary and grievances, manage rota planning and holidays.
