Fast-Fit Centre Manager

Our client, a reputable automotive service centre located in Kettering, is seeking an experienced Fast-Fit Centre Manager to join their team.

This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary of up to £35,000 plus performance-related bonuses. The successful Fast-Fit Centre Manager will lead daily workshop operations, motivate the team, and ensure high standards of customer service, safety, and efficiency.

Duties as a Fast-Fit Centre Manager:

Managing, motivating, and developing the centre team to optimise performance
Driving sales and maximising customer conversion rates
Overseeing day-to-day workshop and service centre operations
Ensuring high standards of customer service are consistently maintained
Managing stock control, deliveries, and centre security
Implementing and maintaining Health & Safety procedures
Supporting team training and development initiatives
Ensuring compliance with all industry standards and regulations

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Centre Manager, Assistant Centre Manager, or similar within the automotive industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Demonstrable sales experience and commercial awareness
Good automotive knowledge with a good understanding of vehicle technology
Technical or mechanical background is desirable
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Full UK driving licence
