Maintenance Engineer

Are you a multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer with good electrical skills, a background in manufacturing or production and looking for a stable days-based role? Were recruiting for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Engineer to join a fast-paced manufacturing business near the Corby area. The Maintenance Engineer role:
Carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance on production equipment Fault finding on PLC-controlled machinery (Just up to I/O level) Responding quickly to breakdowns and keeping downtime to a minimum Supporting continuous improvement and reliability initiatives across the site Working proactively to ensure the smooth running of production The Successful Maintenance Engineer: A strong engineering background within a manufacturing or production environment.

Electrical qualifications preferred but consider mechanical certs with good electrical knowledge (Apprenticeship, HNC, City & Guilds or similar). A Maintenance engineer who can diagnose issues within Inverters, drives and mechanical systems.
