12-hour shifts | Days & Nights | Weekend availability Pay Rate: £12.21 £ 12.91/hr (initial), after 12 weeks: £12.45/hr Day shift | £13.15/hr Night shift Vital People are currently recruiting friendly and motivated Bakery Operatives to join a busy food production site in Kettering. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a full-time, permanent role in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
About the Role:
Work on a fast-moving food production line Assemble, pack, label, and quality check products Follow health & safety guidelines at all times Shift Pattern:
Shifts are 12 hours, working 7 out of 14 days:
Day
Shift: 06:00 18:00 Night
Shift: 18:00 06:00 Example Rotation:
Week 1:
Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
