Work Strata group is working with one of the UKs leading breakfast cereal manufacturers to hire General Operatives to work at their state‑of‑the‑art site in Kettering, Northamptonshire.
General Operatives Day to day duties will include ensuring production machines are running smoothy and efficiently, working on the production line, work as part of a fast‑paced environment to ensure that individual and collective KPIs are achieved and keeping work area safe, clean and tidy.
