We are looking for skilled and motivated individuals to work on high-quality automotive interior components for some of the world's most prestigious car manufacturers.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills while working within a busy, professional manufacturing environment.

As a Leather Fabricator, you will be involved in the production of premium automotive interior components, ensuring each product meets the required quality and finish.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Fabricating and assembling automotive interior components
• Trimming and wrapping interior components using leather
• Working to detailed specifications and production requirements
• Operating machinery safely and efficiently
• Carrying out end-of-line quality control checks
• Identifying defects and carrying out rework where required
• Resolving production and quality issues
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship throughout the production process

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and has a strong eye for detail.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience within an automotive or manufacturing environment
• Experience in leather fabrication would be highly advantageous
• Excellent attention to detail
• The ability to identify, rework and resolve quality issues
• Good communication skills
• The ability to understand and follow written instructions
• A reliable and hardworking approach
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
