Instructions Manager

| Instructions Manager | Estate Agency | £35K - £40K Basic, upto £45K OTE | Are you someone who enjoys the commercial and business-development side of estate agency, without wanting to spend your whole day travelling to appointments? We're currently recruiting for an Instructions Manager to join an established residential estate agency business on the Suffolk Coast. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced estate agent who enjoys generating new business, speaking with vendors and converting property opportunities into instructions.

This is a fully office-based role , with no requirement to carry out valuations or attend valuation appointments. Instead, you'll focus on winning instructions, working the existing database, generating new business and building strong relationships with vendors.

The Role As an Instructions Manager, you will:
Proactively work the existing property database to generate new instructions Follow up leads, enquiries and previous valuations to identify new opportunities Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and prospective sellers Generate new estate agency instructions through proactive telephone contact Convert potential vendors into new property instructions Re-engage previous clients and dormant database contacts Manage inbound property enquiries and identify new business opportunities Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM and database records Work closely with the sales team following successful instructions Maximise opportunities to increase instructions and property stock Work towards agreed new business, instruction and performance targets Instructions Manager requirements:
Previous experience within residential estate agency Confident speaking with vendors and prospective sellers Proven experience generating new business Commercially minded and motivated by winning new instructions Comfortable working extensively from a property database Strong communicator with excellent telephone skills Proactive, organised and target-driven approach Confident following up leads and converting opportunities Motivated by achieving results and increasing market share What's on Offer?
