Platinum Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with a highly regarded, award-winning country pub near Kettering to recruit an ambitious Head Chef to lead their kitchen team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a quality-led kitchen, working with fresh, seasonal ingredients and local suppliers. With a strong reputation for great food and hospitality, alongside weddings, private dining and events, this is a varied role with plenty of scope to bring your own ideas to the menu.

As Head Chef, you'll take full responsibility for the kitchen, leading and developing the team while maintaining excellent standards of food quality and consistency. You'll oversee menu development, stock control, purchasing and kitchen profitability, while helping drive the business forward across restaurant service, weddings and events.

We're looking for a passionate Head Chef, or an ambitious Sous Chef ready to step up, with a strong background in fresh-food kitchens. You'll be creative, commercially aware and confident leading a team, with a genuine passion for seasonal ingredients and developing talented chefs.
