Location: Kettering, Northamptonshire.

Hours: 16 hours per week across 3 days, including weekends.

Pay: £10.95 per hour (ages 16‑20) or £12.81 per hour (ages 21+).

• Make customers feel welcome with a friendly smile and simple hello.
• Assist customers in finding items.
• Provide fast, friendly service at the tills, help pack and thank customers.
• Handle stock carefully and manage deliveries, placing products on shelves ready for sale.
• Maintain shop safety, cleanliness, and tidiness with the team.

• Friendly, positive, hard‑working attitude.
• Enthusiastic about a busy workplace.
• Reliable and dependable; key to a small team.
• Flexible with shift changes; rota planned three weeks in advance.
• Willing to complete an Employment Verification check upon successful offer.

This is a permanent part‑time role. Rota’s are planned three weeks in advance and your outside commitments will be considered. If you enjoy the role you could progress to Shop or Area Manager positions.
