Competitive We are seeking a Parts Advisor to join our established team at our Sutterton branch. This role involves assisting with day-to-day queries regarding machinery parts from customers and technicians, ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service at all times. Day-to-day of the role:
Assist with customer orders and enquiries relating to the products and services supplied by the Company, both face-to-face and over the telephone. Dispatch parts efficiently to meet customer requirements. Handle cash and card payments with accuracy. Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at the front counter. Manage stock, including organizing scrappage and maintaining accurate records. Work under pressure during busy periods and contribute to team efforts to achieve sales targets.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills, capable of dealing diplomatically with customers and colleagues in a polite and professional manner. Good knowledge of agricultural, horticultural, or motor industry parts is advantageous. Experience working in a retail environment and showroom experience is desirable. General computer skills and familiarity with email and internet use. Excellent numeracy and literacy skills. Attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.

A team player who is also capable of working independently using own initiative. Motivated by sales and targets. Smart and presentable appearance. Benefits:
