The successful candidate will support the day-to-day operation of the store, helping to drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, manage stock, and lead a team to achieve business objectives.

Day-to-Day Duties of the Role:
Support the Store Manager with daily operational tasks. Act as a key holder, opening and closing the store as needed. Drive sales and ensure exceptional customer service. Oversee training and development of staff. Assist with seasonal recruitment and manage inventory. Maintain high retail operational standards. Assist with merchandising and window displays. Uphold store cleanliness and visual standards. Play a crucial role in implementing the store's sustainability efforts, such as reducing electricity usage, encouraging the use of reusable water bottles, and overseeing recycling processes.
