This is a full-time on-site role based in Kettering for an Office-Based Telesales Executive with an outbound and prospecting focus. Responsibilities include contacting prospective clients, maintaining accurate customer records, identifying sales opportunities, generating leads, and building strong client relationships. The role also involves assisting with administrative tasks and collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver superior customer service.
Qualifications- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to effectively engage and build rapport with clients
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration for managing customer records and tasks efficiently
- Basic knowledge of Accounting for tasks such as handling invoices and managing account details
- Dependable organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive and goal-oriented attitude with a focus on meeting sales objectives
- Prior experience in telesales, sales, or a customer-facing role is advantageous
- A-Level or equivalent (required)
