Client Liaison Manager

The Client Liaison Manager role at Avery Healthcare's Avery Park Care Home in Kettering focuses on managing the sales and marketing processes to meet and exceed budget targets, fill the home with the agreed client base, and maximize revenue. The role involves ensuring sales targets and deadlines are met, assisting with customer enquiries, managing the pipeline of potential residents, and developing new contacts with key care influencers.

• Manage the sales and marketing processes in the home, ensuring effective daily operation of the Sales & Marketing Department.
• Meet and exceed budget targets, filling the home with the agreed client base and maximizing revenue.
• Ensure sales targets and Sales & Marketing deadlines are met and adhere to brand standards.
• Answer all general sales and marketing enquiries from colleagues and customers, including brochure requests, internet enquiries and other channels.
• Maintain and update the information on the pipeline of potential members, and anticipate when they are likely to become residents to maximize revenue.
• Develop new contacts and maintain regular, close contacts with all key care influencers.

• Full UK clean driving licence.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Effective interpersonal skills and a professional telephone manner.
• Ability to prioritise own workload.
• Background in a previous sales position (ideal).
