• Designing and developing Oracle APEX applications, dashboards, and reports
• Building and optimising SQL and PL/SQL to support data‑driven solutions
• Working with stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into technical solutions
• Owning the endtoend reporting lifecycle (data to application to enhancement)
• Ensuring applications are performant, intuitive, and easy to use

• Experience with Oracle APEX
• Strong SQL / PL/SQL skills
• Good understanding of relational databases and data modelling
• Ability to build clean, user‑friendly applications
• A practical, problem‑solving mindset
  
  Nice to have: HTML/CSS, REST APIs, or BI/reporting experience
