Job Summary

Echo Personnel are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Operative / Bendi Driver to support the efficient running of our warehouse operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing stock, ensuring accurate order fulfilment, and maintaining high standards of organisation and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a Bendi/Flexi truck (valid licence essential)
• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
• Verify products meet customer specifications before dispatch
• Handle Goods In and check deliveries
• Carry out final dispatch verification
• Assist with container off-loading
• Conduct weekly and monthly stock audits
• Maintain excellent housekeeping standards within the warehouse
• Ensure all daily and monthly KPIs are met
• Follow all health and safety procedures
• Undertake additional duties as required
