Immediate Starts Available Quest Employment is currently recruiting experienced VNA Drivers for a leading logistics and distribution company based in Burton Latimer (NN15). This is an excellent opportunity for qualified VNA Drivers looking for ongoing, full-time work with competitive pay rates, weekly pay, and the potential to secure a permanent position. Our client is looking to recruit VNA Drivers , with immediate starts available.

Successful candidates will complete a site familiarisation before commencing work.

The Role As a VNA Driver, you will play a key role in supporting warehouse operations by safely operating a Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) truck, replenishing stock, and ensuring orders are moved accurately throughout the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities Operating a VNA truck safely and efficiently Moving stock to and from racking locations Loading, unloading, and replenishing warehouse stock Picking and putting away products accurately Completing daily equipment checks Following all health and safety procedures Maintaining a clean and organised working environment Supporting general warehouse duties when required Working towards daily productivity and accuracy targets Key Skills & Experience We are looking for candidates who:
Hold a valid and accredited VNA licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, AITT or equivalent) Have previous experience operating a VNA truck in a warehouse environment Have excellent attention to detail and accuracy Are reliable, punctual, and hardworking Can work independently and as part of a team Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic Are happy to complete a site familiarisation before starting Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or distribution is highly desirable.
