At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative Nights to work with a leading logistics company in Kettering. This role is essential for maintaining the efficiency of our distribution operations and ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and safely.

Shift patterns:

* 5 days out of 7 including weekends. Weekend availability is mandatory, and the schedule is provided by the client at the beginning of the assignment.

Pay rates:
* £17.70 hourly

Essential requirements for Warehouse Operative Nights:

* Ability to lift up to 25kg on a daily basis.

Role for Warehouse Operative Nights:

* Picking items using a voice-activated headset.

* Safely operating a Low Level Order Picker (LLOP) in a fast-paced environment while adhering to site health and safety regulations.

* Maintaining a high level of accuracy to meet and exceed site pick targets.

* Safely stacking items in cages to maximize space and ensure safe transit to stores and hubs.

* Performing general housekeeping to keep the work area clean and tidy to ensure a safe environment and boost productivity.
