XPO Logistics are looking for a Shift Manager for our Weetabix contract in Burton Latimer. This is your opportunity to take charge of a busy and unique warehouse operation. Working on a continental shift pattern, which is a rotation of days and night shifts. Youll be comfortable challenging process and driving the operation forwards does this sound like something for you?

Were looking to offer a salary of up to £43095.25 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What youll do on a typical day:

• Lead, motivate and develop a team of warehouse operatives, team leaders and agency colleagues.
• Manage the day-to-day warehouse operation across inbound, storage, picking, packing and outbound activities.
• Ensure all customer KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently achieved.
• Monitor productivity, labour planning and resource allocation to maximise operational efficiency.
