Warehouse Operative Nights

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative Nights to work with a leading logistics company in Kettering. This role is essential for maintaining the efficiency of our distribution operations and ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and safely.

• 5 days out of 7 including weekends
• Night shift only: 22:00 - 06:00
• Weekend availability is mandatory
• Schedule is provided by the client at the beginning of the assignment

Pay rates:

• Ability to lift up to 25kg on a daily basis.

• Picking items using a voice-activated headset
• Safely operating a Low Level Order Picker in a fast-paced environment
• Stacking items in cages to maximize space and ensure safe transit to stores and hubs
• Meeting and exceeding site pick targets while maintaining a high level of accuracy
• General housekeeping to keep the work area clean and safe
