Order Picker AM

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Order Picker AM shift to work with a leading logistics provider in Kettering. This role is essential for maintaining efficient operations within a fast-paced distribution environment, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and on time.

• 5 days out of 7 including weekends, schedule provided by the client.

• Ability to lift up to 25kg on a daily basis.

• Picking items using a voice-activated headset.
• Safely operating a Low Level Order Picker in a fast-paced environment, adhering to site health and safety regulations.
• Safely stacking items in cages to maximize space and ensure safe transit to stores and hubs.
• Meeting and exceeding site pick targets while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Performing general housekeeping duties to keep the work area clean, tidy, and productive.
