A community-focused organization in Kettering is seeking a Part-Time Lead Teacher for infants to preschoolers. The ideal candidate will have an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education, experience in child care and must be able to implement engaging lesson plans. Responsibilities include ensuring children's development, documenting attendance and incidents, and maintaining safety and cleanliness. CPR and First Aid certifications are required within the first 60 days of employment.
