• * Provide welcoming, professional, and personalized service to every client.
• * Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining strong operational controls.
• * Build meaningful relationships by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, and understanding clients’ financial needs.
• * Proactively identify opportunities to better serve clients by reviewing their existing banking relationships, recognizing potential needs, and making appropriate recommendations and referrals to branch bankers.
• * Educate clients on digital banking tools, products, and resources that make managing their finances easier.
• * Collaborate with branch teammates to deliver seamless service and contribute to a positive, high-performing team environment.
• * Uphold PNC’s commitment to integrity, risk management, security, and operational excellence.
