Intely Care - : [CNA / Health Aide] As a State Tested Nursing Assistant at Intely Care, you'll:
Observe the conditions of residents and notify the nursing team of updates;
Monitor and report on residents' vital signs;
Ensure a clean and safe environment by performing tasks such as sanitizing surfaces and changing linens;
Assist residents with personal hygiene, feeding, grooming, and other activities of daily living;
Reposition residents and transport them around the facility as needed;
Liaise between staff, residents, and family members to support ongoing communication and transparency.
