Job Specific Duties:

• 1:1 patient ratio.
• Progressive standing orders and medical scope of practice.
• Utilizes specialized equipment including Ventricular Assist Device, Intra‑Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP), ECMO, and transport ventilators.
• Plays an integral part in the regional Surgical Emergency Response Team (SERT), providing advanced surgical, stabilization, and transport capabilities for patients in the pre‑hospital setting.

• Performs regularly assigned shift duties.
• Maintains cleaning standards of station(s), vehicle(s), and equipment.
• Completes detailed patient and operational reporting in a timely manner.
• Participates in continuing education and skill competency programs.
• Acts as a preceptor and/or participates in orientation of new employees to cultivate culture and skillsets.

• Current Ohio Nursing license.
• CPR, ACLS and PALS certification.
• Associate’s degree from an accredited nursing school;
  Bachelor’s required within 5 years of employment.
• Recent nursing experience in an Emergency Department or Critical Care (ICU) setting.
• Pre‑hospital certification and experience as an EMT or Paramedic preferred.
• Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) and/or Critical Care Register Nurse (CCRN) preferred.
