Job Summary We are looking for both Full-Time and Part-Time Office-Based Licensed Mental Health Therapists to join our dynamic team at our Kettering/Dayton location! In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises. • Conduct intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs.
• Provide individual, couples, family, and child therapy to support emotional and behavioral growth.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on client assessments and goals.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment methods for group and individual therapy sessions.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plans.
• Perform regular wellness checks to track client progress.
• Ensure adherence to facility and licensing standards for mental health care.

• Ohio licensed mental health clinician (LPC, LSW, LPCC, LISW, LPCC-S, LISW-S, MFT).
• Licensed Interns are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster a supportive environment.
