Shift: Days, 8a-5p, 8x5, 40hrs per week, M-F

Length: 13 weeks

Any call:
No on call/weekend/or holiday requirements.

Requirements:

• OH License
• 1 year experience
• Must have at least 1 year of Home Health experience within the past 3 years
• BLS
• EMR: HCHB and oasis Experience Required
