Extera Building Solutions is seeking an on-site HR Generalist at our Walton Hills, OH office. You will manage recruiting for office, technical, and field roles, oversee onboarding with I-9 and E-Verify, and support benefits and compliance while coordinating with Safety and Operations teams.
You will partner with the HR Director to advise managers on attendance, performance, and conflicts, maintain records, and help administer CBAs as the company grows and integrates new units.
