Our Komline Custom Machining team is seeking a skilled Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machinist to aid us in delivering precision parts and components to meet our goals.

• Set up, adjust, and operate CNC machines such as lathes, mills, and grinders.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files to produce precision parts.
• Program CNC machines using G‑code to control machine operations.
• Inspect finished products using precision measurement tools to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines, including troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical issues.
• Collaborate with engineers and production staff to meet project deadlines and production goals.
• Suggest improvements to increase efficiency and optimize production processes.
• Other duties as assigned.

• 2+ years of experience in CNC machining or completion of a technical program in CNC operation.
• Proficiency in operating a 5‑Axis DMG CNC machine and understanding of G‑code/M‑code.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality work.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
• Good problem‑solving skills and ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials as required.
• Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment.

• Experience with CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, AutoCAD).
• Experience operating CNC lathes or turn‑mill experience.
