Kettering, OH | Full-Time | M–F, 8a–5p some flexibility, $115K-$130K per year
We’re hiring a Nurse Practitioner to provide primary, preventive, and chronic care for residents in skilled nursing facilities. Work with an interdisciplinary team focused on quality outcomes and patient-centered care.
Key Duties- Manage acute and chronic conditions
- Advanced care planning
- Prescribing and diagnostics
- Collaboration with facility staff and physicians
- 401(k) with match
- DEA required
- LTC experience strongly preferred
