The Laurels of Kettering is hosting an Open House for Registered Nurse (RN) applicants in collaboration with Ciena Healthcare.

Open House details: Wednesday, October 2nd, 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Location:

694 Isaac Prugh Way, Kettering, OH 45429. Walk-ins are welcome.

• Full-time RN $10,000

• Plan, coordinate, provide, and manage nursing care, services, and health education for residents
• Supervise care provided by LPNs, CNAs/STNAs, and other team members
• Provide safe and accurate medication-related interventions
• Assess residents and notify physicians of status changes; implement new orders promptly
• Develop and implement a plan of care based on assessment
• Institute appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize conditions or prevent complications
• Contribute to resident assessments (MDS/CAA) and care planning

• 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting preferred
• Current RN licensure in the state
• CPR certification
