Schedule: Mon – Fri; 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with on‑call.
Territory: Greenville, New Madison, Arcanum, Bradford, Versailles, Covington, Pleasant Hill, Laura, Ludlow Falls, West Milton.
Agency: Kettering Home Care.

How You'll WorkYou’ll provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes as directed by the attending physician, working autonomously and managing your time efficiently within the scope of practice.
Major Areas Of Responsibility- Plan of Care:
Provide skilled nursing care as ordered, monitor patient conditions, and notify case manager of changes. - Minimize Patient Risk:
Administer medication and educate patients on preventive measures to reduce readmissions. - Family Educator/Advocate:
Use teach‑back methods to educate patients and families. - Policies:
Complete clinical documentation following agency protocol and Medicare/Federal guidelines. - Rules & Regulations:
Follow agency policies and communicate schedule changes to schedulers or supervisors. - Operations:
Attend in‑service training and mandatory agency meetings.
- Compassionate communicator with a positive attitude.
- Patience when working with patients, families, physicians, and coworkers.
- Attention to detail and observant, following directions.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with current license in the state of employment.
- Minimum one‑year experience as an LPN in an acute care setting (home care experience preferred).
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance in your name as a driver.
- Capable of meeting all physical demands of the role.
