Your 7 AM–7 PM Adventure Includes:
Providing excellent nursing care to our residents Administering medications and treatments Keeping an eye on residents and recognizing changes in condition Communicating with providers, families, and the care team Working alongside CNAs and fellow nurses to keep the shift running smoothly Completing documentation and assessments Getting to know our residents and becoming a familiar, trusted face Surviving the occasional “Can you come help me real quick?”

Has a current RN license in good standing

Is compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented

Can multitask without losing their sense of humor

Communicates well and treats residents with dignity and respect

Understands that nursing is more than a job—it's about people
