American Traveler is hiring a Home Health RN with at least 1 year of experience and an active OH or compact RN license for a full-time day shift assignment in the Dayton area.
Details- Home Health setting covering Dayton-area locations including Springfield, Medway, and New Carlisle
- Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Full-time, 13-week assignment
- Home Care Home Base charting experience preferred but not required
- Active OH or compact RN license required prior to start, pending licenses not accepted
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required
- BLS certification required
- Experience with care coordination, admission criteria, and medication administration
- Case management and utilization review skills preferred
- Responsibilities include patient care coordination, admissions, and medication administration in a home health setting
- First-time travelers are not being considered for this position
