American Traveler is hiring a Home Health RN with at least one year of experience and a valid OH or compact RN license for a full-time day shift assignment.
Details- Home Health setting covering locations including Sidney, Piqua, Troy, and Tipp City, Ohio
- Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Responsibilities include care coordination, admission criteria, and case management/utilization review
- Home Care Home Base charting system experience preferred but not required
- Active OH or compact RN license required prior to start, pending licenses not accepted
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of relevant nursing experience required
- Experience with medication administration required
- Duties include medication administration and care coordination for home health patients
- First-time travelers are not required to have prior travel assignment experience
