What you'll do...

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
• Schedule clients according to their preferences
• Help ensure all clients' needs are met during service, in person, over the phone, or virtually
• Maintain office cleanliness and organize resources with team members
• Perform other duties as assigned

Your Expertise

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous customer service experience
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Ability to work flexible schedules and in multiple locations

Pay Range Information

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00 per hour, depending on experience, education, and location. Local minimum wage laws apply. Successful candidates may participate in incentive plans, benefits, and company programs.
