- Rural Health Clinic attached to a Critical Access Hospital.
- Team of 3 physicians and 4 APPs.
- Clinic offers primary and specialty care (General Surgery, Podiatry, Orthopedics, Pulmonology, OBGYN, Endocrinology, Occupational Health).
- Outpatient‑only position.
- Clinic hours: 7 am–5 pm, Monday–Friday.
- Strong collaboration among the three clinics in the local market.
- Minimal call schedule – 1:12; OSF After‑Hours Call Center takes first call.
- Flexible scheduling to support work/life harmony in a mission‑driven culture.

- Eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs.
