• Minimal call schedule – 1:12; OSF After‑Hours Call Center takes first call.

• Physician licensed to practice medicine in current state.
• Licensed by the Federal Drug Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable.

• Eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs.
• Meet qualification for OSF’s professional malpractice and liability coverage.
