Instructor provides necessary instruction and guidance in a range of high school credit courses.
Please note:
This position is scheduled to officially commence at the start of the Spring 2027 term. While the official spring term begins January 19, limited onboarding and orientation activities will occur prior to the start date.
Work with Optional Ed Coordinator to develop individualized educational plan for each student based on current transcript and deliver needed instruction in required subjects.
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience working with high school-aged students in an educational setting
- Valid Illinois teaching certificate or substitute teaching license (required if offered the position)
Most classes held Monday
-Friday during morning and early afternoon.
Bachelor's candidates start at $27.68/hour. Bachelor's +15 $ 30.00/hour. Master's candidates at $32.30/hour.
