Our Part-Time Retail Sales Associates (Stylists) create an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves customers inspired and feeling their best. Primary responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service and building wardrobes; you will also participate in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation, while focusing on customers’ needs to achieve sales goals.

• Guide the customer through our brand experience to make authentic connections
• Be customer-obsessed, lead with loyalty and product knowledge to advise on style and fit
• Cashier duties: use POS and store technology to promote promotions and provide an omni-channel shopping experience
• Maintain maurices’ visual and operational standards while focusing on the customer
• Product flow/shipping and receiving: support shipments and omni order fulfillment, including in-store and curbside pickup

• At least 16 years of age
• Willingness to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds
• Goal-oriented and achievement focused
• Some technical aptitude
• Ability to follow directions and work with urgency in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
