I’ve had the privilege of being a State Farm agent for 24 years and with State Farm for over 31 years. Our close-knit team includes 3 full‑time and 3 part‑time employees who work together like family. We love to keep our breakroom cozy and welcoming, stocked with a variety of snacks, sodas, coffee, and a water dispenser that everyone enjoys. To keep the spirit lively, we take turns bringing in treats each week—small ways we like to show we care.
I’m deeply connected to our community, serving as a trustee for Wethersfield Township and the Visitation Catholic School Foundation, and volunteering as a lector at my church. This community focus extends into our office culture as well.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Account Manager – State Farm Agent Team Member for Mike Nichols – State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
